This paper represents an example of the implementation of the scienti c results in the practice. It
shows the efforts of the Modovan scientists in the eld of neutralization of the wine waste containing
Prussian Blue, which is an actual problem for the former soviet states with a developed wine industry:
Republic of Moldova, Georgia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Russia, as well as in some states
of the former socialist camp: Romania and Bulgaria. The European countries with high developed
wine industry do not confront with such problems owing to the fact that during the wine fabrication
they never used the non-protected equipment of iron. |
