Rezumat

Throughout the centuries the mathematics has been and remains an indispensable element of general education in all countries of the world. This is explained by the unique role of mathematics in the formation and development of the child's personality. Development of thinking is inconceivable without the presence of a logical cultures. Namely, the study of mathematics teaches a child to achieve a logical analysis of a situation, to draw inferences from certain facts using logical reasoning to analyze existing definitions and to formulate new definitions, to distinguish known unknown, to classify the elements of a different nature, formulate hypotheses, to check them out and let them accept/reject, to use analogies, etc. Student experience on a gain in the process of solving mathematical problems contributes not only to the capacity building of rational thinking and the mode of expression of thought (brevity, accuracy, clarity, etc.. ), but also to the development of intuition, that is, the ability to predict the outcome and the way of solving. Learning mathematics contributes not only to the general development of the pupil's personality, but also in the formation of moral character traits. Solving mathematical problems full completion requires a long and branched. The mistake in solving cannot be hidden since there are objective criteria for fairness of the result and the grounding of the solution. Math Utes in the formation of intellectual integrity, objectivity, persistence, ability of the student. The person who knows math, which operate with mathematical methods, cannot be manipulated. In most countries the mathematical education meets two general functions, as determined by the society's interests and the interests of the personality towards mathematical knowledge and mathematics culture, global and local differences coincidence between these interests. These functions are: a) formation using mathematics (General training function); b) actual mathematical formation (function). Social importance of using mathematics is that math contribute to raising the individual and, accordingly, to raising the society as a whole. In this context, it appears in the math education of the school as a discipline of general training. Training of mathematics itself follows the preparation of potential scientific, technical, technological and humanitarian country. In this context, it appears in the math education of the school as a discipline of study specialization. This means that learning mathematics constitutes an element of vocational training of students for further activity in various areas, including, for the extension of studies. Solving concrete problems from everyday life, regardless of the level of complexity you have, call to involve knowledge, skills, skills that cannot be delimited in the scope of an object of study or another. This aspect justifies us to address the issue, the research, from the perspective of curricular area "Mathematics".
