| Rezumat | ||||||
Ground water of the Republic of Moldova contains industrial concentrations if Iodine, Boron, Bromine,
Helium and other rare chemical elements. Geochemical characteristics of all aquifers are described.
Occurrence of Iodine, Boron and Bromide is typical for south part of the country, mainly for
the Jurassic – Cretaceous deposits. Helium is detected in industrial concentrations in the north part
of Moldova. Occurrence of Helium deposits is till 300 m. Anomalous locations are associated with
tectonic faults as structures for Helium migration from deep accumulations. Described chemical elements
are in industrial concentrations and can be extracted for economical needs of the country. |
