Articles, magazines, specialized books from national and international sources were studied. As research methods, it was used: generalization, structuring, abstraction of concepts, induction, deduction, analysis and synthesis. Results. The principle of respect for human dignity ensures for each person an individual and absolute value in any situation. The respect of the principle of fairness and justice is an essential and objective necessary condition of the fundamental rights of the patient, but also of the medical worker placed in the situation to sacrifice for the good of others. The principle of the civil responsibility links individual freedom and the public interest in the fight against the pandemic, when not all citizens are aware of Conclusion. Bioethical principles are indispensable in assessing emergencies and making moral decisions. The respect for human dignity, the duty to do good and not to harm, and respect for the criterion of equity must become imperatives of the autochthonous medical system. |
