Since joining the World Trade Organization, Republic of Moldova opened its domestic market for various products and services, without holding their conformity assessment requirements essential to protect consumer life, their health and the environment. In the national conformity assessment system feels a great shortage of experienced specialists, but so far no specialized training centers and an accreditation body for interested persons in the field. In several sectors of our economy aren’t developed and adopted technical regulations which provide essential requirements to some products and services. The fragility of consumption is the main characteristic of the national civil society. Public associations are involved only in some special cases and there are no analyses of the overall situation. In general, there are no formulated proposals to improve the situation in this field of domestic economy |
