The social base of the entrepreneurship is represented by the potential personified society subjects people competent in terms of the national economy. It is important, as author points that for certain entrepreneurs today have been given general ground of activity and were given the opportunity to apply their skills into practice by developing and managing innovative projects in business and access to productive resources. It becomes important the need of the identification of the specific skills of successful entrepreneurs.
