Rezumat

The motivation of employees in the field of scientific activity is determined by the high level of education, intellectual development, critical thinking and self-esteem. This staff is more mobile: specialist able to use information technologies can find work in any shear, and the ones knowing foreign languages – can be employed in many countries of the world. Since 2001, even some developed countries like the U.S. and Germany, have dramatically increased the quota for these specialists from other states.
