The last time the entrepreneurs manifest the increased interest to the protection of the exterior aspect of the commercialized products. This fact is natural while the original exterior aspect constitutes one of the main factors of the attractiveness of the product for the consumer, the visual appreciation constituting a criterion assistant to prefer a certain product from the great number of proposed variants. The protection of industrial designs (DMI) is very important in order to provide the successful development of the enterprises, especially of the little and middle ones. In this article there are examined the aspects on the efficient DMI protection.
