Introducere. Conexiunile dintre diverse variante de durere ca cele migrenoase, musculo-scheletice (M-S) și viscerale (VS) au fost insuficient studiate.
Scopul lucrării. Studiul rolului tulburărilor interoceptive (TI) și tulburărilor vegetative (TV) în pato-geneza diferitor variante de durere: durerea migrenoasă asociată cu diverse comorbidități algice: M-S și VS.
Material şi metode. Au fost investigați 42 de pacienți cu migrenă cronică, asociată cu comorbidități algice M-S și VS și TV, (vîrsta: 37 [21-55] ani). Teste utilizate: Profilul Vegetativ Motor (PVM) și Scala adițională interoceptivă elaborată în baza PVM.
Rezultate. S-au scos în evidență anumite corelații între durerea VS și TV [cardio-vasculare (0,58), și gastro-intestinale (0,65)], precum și TI din cadrul acestor sisteme [(0,50), (0,75)]. La fel s-au identi-ficat corelații înalte (0,64-0,72) între durerea M-S cu TV și TI. Toate corelațiile sunt pozitive și statistic semnificative (p<0,005). Durerea migrenoasă a constituit corelații joase atît cu TV cît și cu TI [0,21-0,34; p>0,005].
Concluzii. (1) Conexiunile strînse între comorbiditățile algice (musculo-scheletice și viscerale) cu tulburările vegetative și interoceptive confirmă ipoteza rolului acestor conexiuni-interacțiuni reciproce în patogeneza fenomenelor algice comorbide migrenei. (2) Durerea migrenoasă are anumite particu-larități, ce rămân a fi elucidate în cercetările ulterioare.

Introduction. The connections between the various types of pain such as migraine, musculoskeletal (M-S) and visceral (VS) pain have been insufficiently studied.
Objective of the study. Study of the role of interoceptive disorders (ID) and vegetative disorders (VD) in the pathogenesis of various types of pain: migraine pain associated with various algic comorbidities: M-S and VS.
Material and methods. 42 patients with chronic migraine associated with M-S and VS and TV algic comorbidities (age: 37 [21-55] years) were investigated. Performed tests: The Profile Vegetative Motor (PVM) and the additional interoceptive scale developed on the PVM basis.
Results. Some correlations have been highlighted between VS and VD pain [cardiovascular (0.58), and the gastrointestinal (0.65)], and the ID within these systems [0.50], [0 75)]. Similarly, high correlations (0.64-0.72) were identified between M-S pain with VD and ID. All correlations are positive and statistically significant (p<0.005). Migraine pain has constituted low correlations with both VD and ID [0.21-0.34; p>0.005].
Conclusions. (1) The tight connections between algic (musculoskeletal and visceral) comorbidities with vegetative and interceptive disorders confirms the hypothesis of the role of these reciprocal connections-interactions in the pathogenesis of algic comorbid migraine phenomena. (2) Migraine pain has certain features that remain to be elucidated in further researches.
