In current economic literature, the management of performance is one of the scientific fields the worst conceptualized and usually this domain is treated in terms of objectives related to human resources management or being confused with the management of competetiveness. Regarding Republic of Moldova, we mention that the list of scientific papers related to this area is restricted one and the applicability of management of performance in domestic enterprises is selective. Thus, this article focuses on the conceptual aspects of management of performance and the importance of its enlarged implementation in the modern enterprises. |
