The employment of the persons with disabilities represents an up-to-date aspiration for society. This fact will allow the fulfilment of the dreams of the disabled persons; will enhance their implication and social utility as well as the creation of premises for a decent life full of dignity. The real social inclusion depends on the efforts made by the society in order to enable equal chances to the persons with disabilities in the personal affirmation. |
