Introducere. Prin ce se deosebesc oameni care practică sportul de persoane obișnuite? Ce vor ei să obțină prin antrenamentele sportive? Indiferent de tipul de activitate sportivă, persoanele care practică sportul tind spre obținerea rezultatelor maximale. Ele vor să devină mai puternice, energice, rezistente etc. Dar pentru așa schimbări în organism trebuie modificate particularitățile alimentației reale pe lângă modul de antrenament. Introduction. How do people who practice sports differ from ordinary people? What do they want to get through sports training? Regardless of the type of sport activity, people who practice sport tend to achieve maximum results. They want to become stronger, more energetic, more resilient etc. But for such changes in the body, the particularities of actual nutrition need to be altered besides training. Objective of the study. Assessing the peculiarities of actual nutrition and the nutritional status of people practicing sports. Material and methods. In the study we used the food questionnaire for people who practice sports in the gym. The study was conducted on 80 male and female subjects aged 16 to 35 years. The questionnaire included 35 questions. Results. The analysis of the material allowed us to find that 25% of the people included in the study have a strictly determined diet. It was found that 7% of interviewees consume alcohol, 26% are smokers, and 16% use vitamin supplements. The ratio of people who have 3 to 5 meals per day accounted for 86%. Out of the total of interviewees, only 36% calculate the energetic value of the food ration, and 65% consume food from the category of sports nutrition. It has been established that 26% had\have sports injuries and 54% have consumed\consuming anabolic steroids. Conclusions. Most investigated people have 5 meals a day, but the diet is not strictly determined. The proportion of people who consume alcohol, tobacco and vitamin-mineral additives is insignificant. Most people in the study consume food from the sports nutrition group, but a great deal of these people do not know about the particularity of sports nutrition. Sport traumas occurred to the majority of investigated people. Anabolic steroids have become a commonplace for the majority of investigated people and a large amount of such people want to go for the consumption of anabolic steroids. |
