Rezumat | ||||||
Stress in women’s urinary incontinence is an involuntary urinary loss which represents a social or hygienic problem. Surgery is not the only option and is not always the best, though in the past it was the first option utilized to treat every level of incontinence. At present there are more than 200 methods of surgical treatment. The least invasive treatment of the intrinsic urethral diseases is a periurethral injection of the special substrate, which creates artificial valves and closes the urethral lumen. Injectable agents can be either organic (bovine collagen, the autogenous fat tissue, auto or allogenous stem cells, hondrocytes, Zuidex with hyaluronyc acid), or synthetic (Silicon, Teflon, Durasfera, etc). |
