The article contains a general bibliographical analysis of cancer screening in families with familial predisposition to endometrial, ovarian, breast and colorectal cancer. It contains new studies of family history and risk of cancer, strategies to select patients in early stages of cancer by new screening methods, comparison of effectiveness of different screening approaches on reducing oncological mortality in hereditary cancer families. It is necessary to continue the study for better understanding the biology of tumor cells and mechanisms of pathogenesis of cancer in hereditary cancer families.

Articolul conţine revista literaturii privind screening-ul cancerului în familiile cu risc ereditar sporit de cancer endometrial, ovarian, mamar şi colorectal. Studiile recente demonstrează riscul apariţiei cancerului în familiile cu tară ereditară oncologică. Metodele contemporane ale screening-ului în depistarea precoce a neoformaţiunilor maligne va diminua mortalitatea oncologică în familiile cu risc înalt de cancer. Este necesar de prelungit studiul dat pentru clarificarea biologiei celulei maligne şi a mecanismelor patogenezei cancerului familial.
