In the framework of the present article, the juridical and non-juridical acceptations of the document notion are analyzed. As a result of the synthesis comprising the different points of view expressed in the specialty literature, regarding these acceptations the characteristics of the document are identified. Each of these characteristics is subject to a detailed analysis. The article concludes with a definition of the document notion |
