The research of the scientific subject is based on examining the theoretical, normative and jurisdictional stuff. For making up the research, there have been applied the following main methods: historical and systemic, analytical and practical, complex juridical, and comparative juridical. Therefore, certain results have been obtained, by which the matter to be researched can not be totally finished, which allows to create new ideas related to the control of the laws’ constitutionality, the make-up of the Constitutional Court. The theoretical part of the research is based on the works of many scientists-lawyers form abroad and from our country, which have studied the institution of laws’ constitutionality control (Ion Deleanu, Tudor Draganu, Victor Duculescu, Cristian Ionescu, Ioan Muraru, Alexandru Arseni, H.Kelsen). A great contribution to researching the subject has been brought about by the 12 years of experience of the Constitutional Court of Republic of Moldova. I hope that the scientific effort will be considered as an invitation to the development of the important and interesting matters which have been brought about in the paper, and that are appreciated by the doctrine.
