The co-report between criminal prosecution and intelligence services on using the results of operative investigation in the process of proving in criminal cases is the most actual in the theory and practice of criminal procedure and the intelligence service activity. The mentioned problems in modern conditions become more and more actual, because during the latest years in our country the crimes, committed by criminal organized groups have become more planned and disguised. The practice vastly demonstrate that crimes like ordered murder, terrorism, felony in economic sphere, illegal circuit of drugs, weapons, and a number of other offences cannot be discovered by traditional methods of investigation without using well trained personnel in this sphere, new methods of investigation and their results.
