It is revealed the impact of some components of the ethnic factor throughout the democratization and modernization of the society from the Republic of Moldova in the context of the enlargement process of the European integrationist in this compartment. It outlines the interrelations between the basic components of the ethnic factor, as well as the specific features of the unique, its unrepeatable in report with process development of implementation of the Republic of Moldova European approach. In this chapter we will refer only to some of the many manifestations of the ethnic factor components in socio-political life of the country which plays a priority role in the achievement and favourable European development strategies particularly advantageous for the Republic of Moldova. In such context are underlined both distinctive peculiarities, as well as interrelations and some common features of these concepts and social phenomena and the effects resulting from this correlation.
