Rezumat

There are presented the results of liquidation of bovine leukemia, on the example of the Comrat district, where the evolution (technology and conditions) of conducting dairy cattle breeding, is similar to the rest of the 36 districts of the Republic of Moldova. It is established, that in 1991 in Comrat district were 14 large collective (kolkhozes and sovkhozes) farms with a livestock of 10 420 animals, of which 43,7% (including cows - 50-65%) were contaminated with leukemia virus (VLB). Privatization and individual growing of this cattle with compliance of the elaborated in SPIBZVM requirements of professional ethics of service and exploitation of animals, allowed per year to reduce and bring in 2016 the level of seropositive animals in IDR up to 0,3%. At the same time it is proved the possibility of maintaining the well-being for leukemia in two large farms with livestock in Comrat district - 471 heads (JSC "Aydin", "Nivkont Agro" Ltd), but only with the mandatory implementation of the set out requirements.
