The nine criteria: 1. The leadership, 2. The policy and the strategy, 3. The staff, 4. The resources and the partners, 5. The processes, 6. The satisfaction of the staff, 7. The satisfaction of the clients, 8. The impact on the society, 9. The results of the university are principles in the self-evaluation of the "level of excellence" of the quality assurance system for university education at Free International University of Moldova (ULIM).
