The management of the educational activity in the educational institution, consists in various school activities, in which the pedagogue achieves his objectives with mastery, forming the students' planned competencies. The teaching staff, together with the achievement of the main objectives - the education and training of the young generations, is responsible for quality assurance, a fact highlighted by the Methodology for the evaluation of General Education Institutions. Therefore, an internal commission is formed for the purpose of internal evaluation, focused on the correspondence of the quality level, related to the standards in force, where the results of the educational process are evaluated. Thus, it confirms the importance of the educational activity of the pedagogue, his responsibility and in order to obtain efficient results, the managerial function is also necessary. Where it needs to lead with competence and efficiency the educational-instructive activity.
