The present article entitled after the thesis is devoted to the factors of sleeping disorders among students, which were observed in the theoretical part together with the symptoms and courses of insomnia, describes the theory of sleeping mechanisms. Thus, the main goal of the research was to understand better the consequences of sleepiness and sleep deprivation and its impact on the process of learning, memory and processing information. Practical part of the research comprises empirical analysis of students’ emotional statements provoking sleeping disorders. The authors examined and established relations between personal anxiety which is coping together with the sleeping disorders. Through the process of formulating and reviewing it was suggested a correlation between social and psychological adaptation to the reality of university life and sleeping disorders as well as personnel anxiety and other emotional characteristics. The problem of sleeping disorders among students has a little research coverage but very important because the quality of sleeping influences the psychological wellbeing of students. |
