There are presented the results of the study of a new preparation Enoxil, synthesized at the Institute of Chemistry of the ASM and established a high antibacterial activity of this preparation (in comparison with other antibiotics) at the pathogenic microflora. It was prepared and studied the positive effect of the ointment Enoxil 5% (based on coconut oil) in the treatment of animals with traumatic deep injuries of the tegument and tissues, and the aqueous solution of Enoxil 5% in correcting the disorders of the functions of the gastrointestinal tract caused by S. enteritidis and E. coli. The obtained results give grounds for further research of the preparation Enoxil |
