At sheep farms of breed Karakul from the republic STE "Maximovca" and GT "Gavriş S.V." were selected two lots of sheep respectively of 16 and 20 heads of each line of sur color . After the lambs weaning were collected milk samples for determining milk production, chemical composition and structure of the genetic locus kCn (kappa-casein). After research it was found that milk production constituted respectively 231,07 and 487,65 ml / a day at these farms and fat 11,26 g 9,91%, protein 5,95 and 8,26 g%, casein 4, 64 and 6,31 g%, serum proteins 1,31 to 1,95 g%, lactose 5,89 and 6,24 g%. The analysis of the genetic structure evaluated that sheep with homozygous genotype BB at these farms constituted a weight of 6,25 and 10% respectively, with heterozygous genotype AB 12,5 and 20%, with gentip AA 81,25 and 70 %. To increase the production of cheese at farms is required to increase the share of the animals with genotype BB. |
