In the article are presented the results of studies on the antigenic spectrum of the blood groups of cattle of Simmental and Holstein breeds, bred in the SRL „Strapit”. From the 49 studied antigens were not identified 2 antigens (Q, T ') at animals of Holstein breed and one antigen - T' at animals of Simmental breed. It is identified a high frequency of occurrence of antigens B2, G3, I2, T2, Y2, Iʹ, Q' of AEB-locus which are characteristic for animals of Simmental breed. For the animals of Holstein breed are characteristic antigens O2, Y2, Eʹ2, Gʹ, Oʹ, Gʺ. The saturation of the analyzed animals by antigenic factors at population of animals of Simmental breed constitutes 31.2%, at animals of Holstein breed - 26.2%. Conclusion: The antigenic composition of blood erythrocytes of certified animals of Simmental and Holstein breeds proved to be quite broad. Were revealed significant differences in frequency of occurrence of antigenic factors for animals, belonging to this or that breed |
