The article examines the stages of managerial decision-making to ensure the economic security of industrial enterprise. To identify recommendations of accelerating decision-making and improve their quality. The need to analyze the risks in making management decisions. Given that each control is defined methods, selected methods of risk management (risk management) when making management decisions. It was found the main rule of successful implementation of management solutions for the enterprise. Listed principles necessary for the proper and correct decision-making. |
