In the context of globalization, the individualization of production and increasing competition, the need for organizational and managerial changes substantially increasing However, most Moldovan companies, despite the possibility of obtaining a wide range of competitive advantages, innovations in the management of perceived rather as an exception. The author suggests increasing the competitiveness of wineries in the frame of organizational innovations, organizational innovations are much more profitable, much cheaper than technical, as it does not involve buying expensive equipment and technology. |
