Rezumat | ||||||
The article justifies the management strategic approach based on the realization of human potential. It also discusses the conceptual aspects of human resource management. It presents the difference between the management of human resources and personnel management. We also argue the conclusions on determining the applicability of the analysed concepts in enterprises operating in the Republic of Moldova. |
