Human resources are one of the most important investments of a touristic enterprise, whose results become more evident over time. Human resources are unique in terms of their potential for growth and development, as well as their ability to know and overcome their limits, to cope with new challenges or requirements of current and prospective tourist branch. Since the provision of tourist services is asking for direct interaction with the human factor, all businesses must address staffing with people prepared, competent, to gain confidence, develop skills, to motivate them to achieve high levels of development and to ensure that they will continue to retain, above all in relation to the company. In this article, the author seeks to clarify the specifics of the work of human resources within touristic companies in the Republic of Moldova. |
