The reactions to juvenile delinquency must be multidisciplinary and multistructural in nature and target the variety of factors that play a certain role at different levels of society: individual, family, social and community. Criminal prosecution constitutes a number of interpersonal relationships of a constant subject, the representative of the criminal prosecution body, and the other participants, parties or subjects of the trial. The density of interpersonal relations of the representative of the criminal prosecution body, that remains the same while its partners change, indicates from the beginning the complex character of the investigation activities. From a tactical point of view, an important moment in the investigation of juvenile delinquency is the knowledge of the particularities of carrying out the criminal prosecution actions in the category targeted by files. The investigation of the juvenile delinquency implies the presence of certain important and necessary professional components. The specialized literature tells us about the presence, in the professional activity of the representative of the criminal prosecution body and of the judge, of the following aspects: social, research (knowledge), reconstructive, communication, organizational and conviction activity (of establishing certain situations).
