| Rezumat | ||||||
The paper discusses the essence of compliance control. The main directions and functions of compliance control are determined; the need of development and implementation of compliance policy is substantiated. The main advantages of implementing compliance control, as well as a number of factors that hinder its implementation in the organization, are highlighted. As a result, the author concludes that the implementation of the compliance control service is the basis for making effective management decisions,it contributes to the sustainable development of the company and provides it with a positive image and investment attractiveness in the long term. |
