| Rezumat | ||||||
The proposed subject falls into the category of local heritage that deserves to be capitalized. We aim to offer a general presentation of the Civil Register in the Balti city, as well as offering solutions for the inclusion of this institution in the teaching circuit. Also, we want to offer strategies to valorize the building, meant to protect it from the action of destructive or ignorant factors. We consider that this construction deserves a special attention for us because it was the eyewitness of the event that marked the history of Romanians - the Great Union. |
