This musicological work contains the analytical effort oriented towards the last three concertos composed by Aurel Stroe and their integration in the complex assembly of the creation and thinking of our great Romanian musician. We added then consistent references to extra-musical arguments which sustain the significance of Aurel Stroe’s concret works, analyzing the premises o f the epistemological metaphor of his musical thinking: in this case, the time dimension of the musical discourse. |
