<description xml:lang='en' descriptionType='Abstract'><p>Creative activities are based on the textile art course Artistic print - batik. The concept of this course provides for the accumulation of fundamental knowledge of decorative profile, but also of practical skills in creative-compositional activity in the field of textile art. The Artistic Print - batik course aims to train students in the basics of understanding and using the elements of plastic language, basic procedures and techniques. The course is studied in the I-IV years at the specialties of the Department of Decorative Art and Design (Decorative Art, Plastic Art, Plastic Art and Technological Education, Clothing Design) and provides the acquisition of theoretical notions and practical skills of textile printing, practicing multiple possibilities technical realization of the print as well as the familiarization of the students with the utilitarian and aesthetic function of the artistic work. The aim of the course is to develop artistic creativity through the artistic-plastic education of the student.</p></description>
