Improving managerial performance is one of the concerns of every modern manager. The need to succeed more in achieving the proposed objectives, to have better results, to form a stronger team and a more favorable organizational climate in the company can be met also by improving managerial communication. Communication has become a challenge especially in the current conditions of global pandemic, and modern ways of managerial communication are a topic of real relevance. The purpose of this article is to identify and propose to the managers of the wine sector in the Republic of Moldova innovative and lucrative ways of communication. One of the priorities of this strategic sector for the national economy is to improve managerial performance and increase the competitiveness of enterprises. Currently, the wine sector in the Republic of Moldova provides significant revenues to the state budget, contributes to the balance of foreign trade, generates jobs and contributes to the development of adjacent branches of the Moldovan economy. |
