| Rezumat | ||||||
The aim of this article is twofold: first of all, it aims to assess the state of art of the controversies in the Republic of Moldova´s public sphere; secondly, it aims to contribute with some solutions for the big diversity of the controversies identified. In the first case, according to the existing legislation, the controversies are highlighted and it acknowledges their impact on deepening the law identity crisis as well as the need for validation and legitimation, in accordance with the emerging new realities. In the second case, the focus is on maintaining the law reconstruction dimensions and its´ status as the instrument for keeping the social order, through the identification of the new scientific paradigm´s benchmarks. |
