Emerging in China in late 2019, the COVID-19 corona virus medical phenomenon has caused dramatic events around the world putting considerable pressure on public institutions. Therefore, the article tries to capture a number of opportunities for EU27 state and their institutions that may limit the effects of such non-economic shocks in the future. |
