In this article the author prezents some archival documents referrintg to the history of Chisinau Jewish hospital. The construction of this medical institution was begun in 1822, when the fi rst the Jewish and Ortodox societies gathered the certain sum for the establishment of special hospital from two buildings for only Jews. Finally it was found in 1823. Well-known architects L. Zaushkevich and A. Bernardazzi participated in the early desinning and consruction of this clinic for 1840–60-s. The circumstantial account about various historical stages of this clinic was prepared in 1872 by the senior member of it Jidovetsky. He descibed the development and statistics relative to this hospital for 1860–70-s. In 1892 the main buldings of Jewish hospital were reconstructed according to the project of arhitects K. Gasquet, G. Lozinsky, Ts.Ghingher and doctor Blumenfeld. It should be noted that nowadays the remains of main buildings of Chisinau Jewish hospital are architectural monuments of the XIX century.
