The emergence of the Covid-19 pandemic conditions new realities in the system of international relations. In the context of the geopolitical metamorphoses conditioned by the Covid-19 emergency, there is a need to analyze the behavior of the leading powers both in terms of internal responses to the pandemic and in terms of their external behavior. This article aims to highlight the main changes taking place in the international arena as a result of the emergence of the Covid-19 crisis. |
