Rezumat

This article points out the main aspects of the usage form in the Civil Code of RM. Firstly, it reveals the conjuncture in which the form exists as a condition of validity for the civil laws and documents. Secondly, all the types of the form(forma: Verbală, Scrisă, Autentică, Electronică, Textuală), mentioned in the legislation are explained, analyzed and exemplified in view of the historical evolution, application domain and perspectives of use. Also, due to the complexity of civil law regulations, some forms are examined from the perspective of intercomplementarity. Finally, the form evolution is estimated by the social needs and the phenomenon of globalization.
