Rezumat

The paper offers, first of all, information about the history of Romanians / Moldovans from the East of Nistru, Bug and from the Northern Caucasus. They are indigenes there, but also, the emigrants from different periods (in the XIII-XVI centuries, in domination of Duca Voda, when D. Cantemir and other have emigrated in Russia). Evidently, the Romanian indigenes and the emigrated ones have respected their ethno-folkloric traditions. The first researcher of these was the well known ethnographer and folklorist Teodor Burada (1839-1923). The investigation of their popular culture was effectuated in the XX-XI centuries, in different ways. In conclusion, the author underlines the very deplorable situation of the Romanians located in the immense space of oriental Slavs (Ukraine and Russian Federation). Although, the knowledge and the continuously investigations of the cultural heritage of the Romanians from these zones is a saint duty of the savants.
