Rezumat

The situation of the air travel market and the factors that compelthe company to use CRM as priority business strategy are considered. The architecture of the CRM system for air companies are analyzed. The tasks of the CRM system at various stages of passenger service, especially Pre-Flight Services, are described. The key touch points that the CRM system should manage are highlighted. Advantages of CRM system application are described.
