The aim of the research is is to study the current state and nature of the banking system of Ukraine and the justification for this based on an effective set of measures to improve liquidity, reliability and financial stability of the banking institutions to ensure sustainable economic growth in Ukraine. In the article the current state of the domestic banking system, systematized and presented major problems, shortcomings and factors that affect the liquidity and stability of banking institutions. Grounded complex key management, system implementation of which will significantly optimize the current situation in the banking sector of Ukraine, by providing liquidity and enhance financial stability of banks as an important condition for ensuring development of the national economy. Operation of domestic banks during the crisis of the economy is at high risk, which resulted in significant losses of banks is the lack of evidence of their financial stability. High risks in the banking system of Ukraine is a deterrent credit economy and population and demonstrate the need to improve the regulation of banks, new approaches to oversight procedures |
