The safety of the person is strictly related to ensuring biosecurity as a state of balance of the entire spectrum of biological elements within an anthropospheric system, either at the „macro” level such as the biosphere, or at the „micro” level such as the human individual, organisms inferior to humans or even certain component systems of these organisms. The human person feels his well-being through the prism of his vital need to ensure global biosecurity that involves awareness by the individual, but also by the community, of all dangers and threats that carry biological risks. These specific dangers can represent also certain systems with components or biological elements that threaten the balance of other systems than biological ones, but which are found in an interdependence with the human and biological factor, as well as with the preponderant or quasi- biological systems such as the social sphere, geological and geophysical systems, spiritual and intellectual social structures, human domains related to culture and civilization, to art and creation, but also the political and economic systems.
