The paper presents the results of the study of the digestibility of nutrients and the balance of calcium and phosphorus nitrogen using, in the diet of young pig breeding, feather-based protein concentrate. Based on the analysis of the chemical composition, it was established that the feather protein concentrate has a high nutritional value with a nitrogen content of around -75,4g/kg, crude protein- 471,02g/kg, crude fat- 57,20g/kg, crude cellulose - 14,41g/kg, non -nitrogenous extractive substances-32,70g/kg. When using in the young piglet food 5%/t protein concentrate from feathers, an average daily increase was obtained during the digestibility experiment of 617 g, with the digestibility of dry matter- 83,01%, crude protein- 73,02%, crude fat- 53,-09%, crude cellulose - 40,22%, and when using 7%/t these indices were 610 g, average daily increase, dry matter digestibility 82,67%, crude protein-72,78%, crude fat-51,03%, crude cellulose - 40,26%. |
