Climate change requires the creation of genotypes of plants that will develop and ensure increased performance under the new pedoclimatic conditions and at the same time will contribute to the mitigation of desertification processes. The constitution of the dependence of the photosynthesis on the solar radiation allows evaluating the efficiency of the energy use of light by the plant organism, this principle being established in the genetic code, represented by the mechanism of the use of the energy of the light and the transformation of the inorganic biogenic compounds into organic substances. The light curve allows the perception of the ecophysiological characteristics of a species, and in turn, these indices allow us to compare different genotypes of plants under more or less similar conditions, thus determining the capacity of productivity and resistance to environmental factors. The aim of the present study is to evaluate the parameters of the light saturation curve for photosynthesis in the intraspecific and interspecific genotypes of vines, thus determining the productivity process and the resistance to the biotic and abiotic factors. |
