| Rezumat | ||||||
The present work deals with the faunal structure and taphonomy of several Meotian faunas with Hipparion from the Upper Miocene of the Republic of Moldova. According to the local stratigraphic scale of continental formations, these Meotian faunal associations can be correlated with the Lower and Middle Turolian (MN11-12 biozones) of European Land Mammal Ages. |
