Governments all over the world are striving for skilled and highly-valued economies. The traditional production factors are no longer considered the sole contributors to the economic development and growth. The skills of economic knowledge, combined with the process of integration in Europe and all over the world, have led to a situation in which countries are obligated to reconsider their economic development and growth.
