In this paper we aim to present the theoretical and praxiological aspects of the effectiveness of managerial styles used in continuing education activities. The concepts of style and managerial style, efficiency, continuous professional education as well as the typology of managerial styles are analyzed. The efficiency of the managerial style is defined experimentally, which makes the possibilities of the manager to organize the active participation of the team members in the realization of the efferent prescriptions, in conditions of maximum efficiency, of the status-roles they hold. From a psychological point of view, it is found that efficiency follow the quality of cooperation. Cooperation is not a simple summation, but a qualitatively superior synthesis of individualities, which generates and establishes a new productive force. The greatest effectiveness is presented by the managerial style focused on the task of the group, insofar as it maintains the internal cohesion of the group and the cooperation relations between it and the other group in the team.
