It was found that in 2007 the high temperatures during grape wintering and durable drought during vegetation caused enhancing the processes of oxidation - reduction in grape varieties with reduced resistance to drought. This was the reaction of their adaptation to water and thermal stress. The varieties with higher resistant to frost a responding to action of negatives temperatures by increasing the activity of inhibitors. The warming during wintering generates the reduction processes of oxidation - reduction, diminution the activity of inhibitors and the frost resistance of grape plants. Artificially created low temperatures are inducing sudden increase of the processes of oxidation – reduction, which is a plants adapting response to frost. This reaction was less pronounced for plants with vigorous growth. |
